Annie, is the Director of Organization Consulting for Integrated Psychology Network Sdn Bhd. Most recently she was the COO of CDC (M), a full subsidiary of Khazanah Nasional Berhad. She is also a pioneer in the transition industry in Malaysia when it started in 1999. Annie has been designing and directing large scale Transformation and Rightsizing projects and instrumental in the success of CDC (M).
Prior to joining CDC, Annie has her own consulting practice after serving as Director in 2 of the largest international consulting firms in Career Transition and Change Management. She was directly involved in leading and designing Transition Strategies and Organizational Development strategies for many multinational organizations in various industries, involving plant closure, business relocations, mergers and acquisition.
Annie is a Master Trainer and Executive Coach, with fluency in several psychometric assessment tools, graduated with honours (top 10%) holding an MBA from American university. She has held senior level HR positions in GLC company, public listed company and an international oil and gas company.
